About the role
A stage with the De Vie team in Paris, Winter 2027. Stages last a minimum of 1 month and up to 2 months. The stage is unpaid. We provide accommodation in Paris, food and expenses. For longer placements, we can explore an alternance (work-study) through an approved school programme.
The questions you will be asked
There is no CV and no photo. Only your answers are scored, and the team reads them without knowing who you are.

- Which dates are you available, for a stay of between 1 and 2 months?
How we hire
- The team reads your answers with a code, not your name.
- Software only highlights wording that could identify you, such as a name or an age. It never scores, ranks or rejects anyone.
- Two people score each application independently, answer by answer, against a written scale from 1 to 4.
- People decide who is invited. Your name is revealed only when you are invited to meet us.
- You can follow your application with a private status link.
- You can ask for your data to be erased. We keep applications for two years after our last contact, then delete them.
